About Proof Of Print

Our Vision

Boosting Printer Profits

3D printer farms operate on thin margins. Energy costs and hardware sitting idle between jobs erode profitability. We want to change that. By turning your heat into income, our products provide a direct path to improved margins whether you're running a single printer or a facility with dozens.

Baseload Hashrate

Bitcoin mining works by performing computational calculations. "Hashrate" is simply the measure of how much computing work your hardware is doing. Our heating components perform these calculations as they generate heat.

The philosophy of baseload hashrate is that Bitcoin's network security can exist even as electricity costs rise, because your heating is a required industrial process regardless of Bitcoin price. Your machines contribute to network security and decentralization while the heat they generate powers your business. The mining reward fluctuates with network difficulty and Bitcoin price, but your heating needs never stop.

Our Mission

Proof Of Print develops 3D printer heating technology that replaces conventional resistive heating elements with Bitcoin mining hardware. By integrating mining chips directly into heated beds and chamber heating systems, our products allow printers to generate Bitcoin while acting as an advanced heating system.

We're building at the intersection of additive manufacturing and Bitcoin mining with a focus on efficiency, utility, and industrial practicality. Proof Of Print is built on a simple idea: if a machine already needs heat to do its job, that energy should create additional value.

Andy "PizzAndy" Prokopyk

Founder

Mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience spanning additive manufacturing, thermal management, polymer materials, and product development. His career has taken him through commercial lighting and heavy equipment manufacturing, always with a focus on bringing hardware from concept to production.

Andy has been involved in Bitcoin since 2017, which sparked a growing interest in the intersection of energy infrastructure and practical hardware. Proof Of Print grew from a simple conviction: if a machine already needs heat, that energy should do double duty.

Beyond Proof Of Print, Andy is active in his local tech communities. He runs the Fargo Bitcoin meetup and champions public Bitcoin education. He's also engaged in Fargo's 3D printing community, including commissioning 3D-Fuel's Bitcoin Orange PCTG material. You'll often find him at industry conferences sporting his Team USA Hockey jersey from the 2025 HODLer's Cup in Montreal, where he defended goal to deliver a 9-0 shutout victory.

Core Values

Efficiency

We design with energy efficiency in mind. Every watt should work hard, providing heat where needed and generating income simultaneously.

Practicality

We build hardware that fits into real manufacturing workflows. Your printer operates identically, with our technology working alongside your existing systems.

Transparency

Open communication about progress, challenges, and technical details shapes our culture and how we work with customers.

Local Manufacturing

We believe distributed, localized manufacturing strengthens economies and communities. Better tools make local production viable.
